Igbokwe Hails Soludo Over Plan To Stop IPOB Activities

 

Joe Igbokwe, the aide to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, has commended Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State for setting up a peace commission to stop the activities of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Reacting in a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday, Igbokwe appreciated Soludo for addressing the activities of the outlawed group in the South East.

The chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), however, called on the people of the South East to support the governor on the decision.

This is a great move. Gov Soludo should be supported by every Igbo man that has igbo blood flowing in him,” he wrote.

This news medium reported that the Truth, Justice, and Peace Commission will be headed by human rights activist, Prof Chidi Odinkalu with Amb. Bianca Ojukwu as Secretary.
